One-haalf of the pize money is distribbuted to the one holdinng the top high five carrd hannd ( can be the same pllayer who won the high haand pirze money). If no one makkes a qualifyiing low hand ( a combination of crds wtih highest card bing eight or lower), the whhole prize-money wil be presentted to the playeer who has won the high-hnad. Essential 7 card stud poker Set up: 1. Bllind bets are posted 2. 4 poccket crds are dealt to ech player 3. Pre-flop betting tkes place 4. The folp is dealt ( There commmunity cards) 5. A second rouund of betting occcurs 6. The tun card is placed faace up on the table (thhe Foruth community-card) 7. A 3rd rounnd of betting occurs 8. The riiver-card is plaecd in the cennter of the talbe (the 5th community-carrd) 9. A final round of bteting tkaes place 10. Plaayers reveal their cadrs ( the final five-card combinatioons shoulld consists of 2 pocket carrds and 3 communty cads) seven cardsstud poker is palyed with a typical fiftty two-card pcak which needs ten plaeyrs. The dealer btton is used to dente the positoin of the player who deaals the cadrs as if the playerrs had been actully as if they thesmelves are dealing the card. The who is haivng the dealer button plays last and thuus has an advantage of locaation which stys until the end of the had. Subsequent to ecah hand of seven cards stud, the dealer buton is pushed one plce, clock-wise to mkae sure that all playerrs in the gmae have, after a complee round had exacly the same number of opporutnities to hoold advantage of palce. The two plaeyrs sitting to the lft of the btton must post"blind"bets...that is, bets players pace in the pot beore the players lok at thir cards. Typically, the plaeyr in the very fist positon puts a blind bet hlaf the sie of the prson in the position neext to the fisrt person, though in qutie a few gaems the fisrt bet ( knwon as the"small blind") couuld be as lttle as one-third or as muuch as two-thirds the sizze of the 2nd bet ( knowwn by the name the"bg blind"). All playerrs in sevencards studpoker are now dalt 4 cards face dwon. Thhey are pocket cads and belong to their"owers"and are not seen by all others playing unntil pllay is over at the end of the han. A round of bettting happens at ths point, whhich is naed as"before the flop"ro"pre-flop." When the pre-flop bteting is commplete, the 3 cards are palced faceup on the table. Thee cards are knnown by the name"community"cards which beolng to each pllayer and these three cads are knoown by the nmae"the flop." A second set of betitng contines. In the 2nd rond of bettng, the participant on the daeler button's immediate let, who is stilll in the hand, acts 1ts. Oce everybody places his or her best, a fourth communityc-ard is dealt whhich is also knon as the"Turn"card or" 4th Sttreet." Aftr the third rounnd of betting concludees, the dealer revelas the 5th and final commmunity card called"the River"or"Fifh Street", wich leads to the concludiing btting round. At the end of the fnal rund of betting in sevensstud, the carrds are turned ovver by the players still remainiing in the hnd. At any point druing the hnd, one player palces a bet taht all others rfuse to call, the ronud is immediately declared over, and the pot cuold be takken by the player who maade the fiinal wager withouut the need to shhow his or her cards. Anyoe who can assebmle the bset 5-card high hand wins hlaf of the prize mony. The playeer who can assemble low hannd wiith the finest fvie card wins the oter half of the poot. In the abbsence of a quaifying low hand, the high hnad winner is awadred the etnire pot. It is posssible for one plyaer to win btoh high hand and low hnad.
